Expectations of a Employee Employment

Movers must be strong and have the ability to lift, carry, push and pull heavy objects frequently.
Every employee is expected to report to duty on time, clean-cut and ready to work.
With this in mind employment will be tasked with performing other activities, such as marketing the company, clerical work and training others on moving procedures.
Furthermore every employee must have a positive and friendly attitude, being customer-focused, being accountable for your actions, and ultimately a Nice Guys

On the contrary NO moving experience needed, and if you’re looking to grow with us, we offer rapid growth opportunities within our company and we want all of our Team Member’s to accomplish their career goals

Compensation:

$16.00 to $25.00 per hour

Mover / Team Captain:

Nice Guys Movers

Hours – Must be flexible to start between 7 am – 8 am.
Days – Must be available throughout the week (Mon. – Sun.). Days are assigned on a weekly basis depending on business needs.
Job Site – Start and end shifts at our office.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age with high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and energy to move and pack throughout the day
Position requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record to operate a motor vehicle. Adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving.
Uniform Requirements:
- Jeans or cargo shorts (no sweats or shorts)
- Nice Guys Movers work t shirts (first shirt will be provided)
- Masks (follow all Covid-19 guidelines)
- Gloves (optional)

Work Environment:

Due to physical work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions and proper lifting techniques.

Physical Demands:

Above all the work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching or similar activities, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
